Viva Granola Vegan Store ships orders from it’s mailing address on the Island of Montreal, Quebec, Canada Mondays through Thursdays. All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Your order will be prepared and shipped within one to two business/shipping days.
The cost of shipping is automatically calculated by Canada Post’s module in your cart based on the weight of your items and shipping address.
To ensure that your order is shipped as promptly as possible, please ensure that you confirm your order by clicking back to Viva Granola Vegan Store after payment. More information on this subject can be found on our FAQ Page.
We do all that we can to reduce the shipping and handling charges as well as reducing our ecological footprint by reusing packing materials such as boxes and packing “nuggets” . However, depending on the items ordered, we may opt to use Canada Post envelopes/boxes in the event that there is no other option available to us.
We would ask that you do not refuse your parcel when it is being delivered. Shipping costs and associated administrative fees will be charged to all customers who refuse a package and no refunds are possible on refused orders. We thank you for making sure to enter your address correctly when placing your order or creating a profile. We cannot be held responsible for additional shipping costs if you have made an error in your address.

Returns
Because we want our clients to be satisfied with their purchases, Viva Granola Vegan Store tries its best to provide you with detailed descriptions
of the products to help you make an enlightened decision as well as provide you with the manufacturer's website when possible. We also
assure you that all products are in perfect condition at the time of shipping.
Because of their nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of the following items :
food, DVDs, books, personal or hygiene products (such as cosmetics, soaps, etc.) as well as all opened or used items. All returned items must
be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns, reimbursements or exchanges are not possible on refrigerated items that have spoiled during transport and for which you have
accepted the risks involved in shipping such items at the time your order was placed: As stated on the item description page and on
our FAQ page, if you have chosen to have a refrigerated product shipped to you, you have accepted the responsibility in the event that the
item(s) arrive(s) in spoiled condition and we regret that it is impossible for us at this time to be held responsible for the perishable
nature of said product(s).
In the event you wish to return or exchange a product, we request that communicate with us via e-mail before returning the item in question. We
will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to include on the electronic copy of your invoice.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip as well as the RMA number that we provided upon your advising us of your intention to
return an item. We regret that a return that does not have an RMA number will not be processed. By providing you with the authorization
number, we are able to confirm that the item may be returned saving you unnecessary shipping charges and we can be sure that we are
available to receive it promptly.
No refunds will be made on shipping charges. Customers assume the cost associated with any returns or exchanges except in the case that Viva Granola Vegan Store
has made a mistake in filling your order with an incorrect article. In such a case, we will reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs
incurred at the time of the return. In the case of belts & clothing, please make extra sure to check item specifications and contact us if you need additional
information before ordering as this will save you time and money on return shipping costs. All exchanges or returns of these items must have their tags on, be
clean and be in perfect resale condition as shipping costs to have another size, style or colour shipped out is at customer’s expense. Restocking Fees may apply
on these items.
Please note that if you obtained Free Shipping on your order, the return of an item will void the free shipping offer if the reimbursement of the item drops the
order total below the Free Shipping eligibility amount . Therefore, shipping charges originally incured will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
We will be pleased to offer you a refund within 10 days of shipment or an exchange within 30 days of shipment for all returns that meet
the conditions explained above.
Reimbursement Methods
If you paid your order with VISA, MasterCard or your Paypal account, we will be able to reimburse you easily and rapidly.
If you used AMEX via Paypal to pay for your order, we will issue you a cheque if the amount to be reimbursed is more than 5.00$ or a store credit if the amount is less than 5.00$.
